On heating, we’ll work out the most suited system for your building. That could be traditional gas boilers, air or ground source heat pumps, underfloor heating, radiators, AC or a combination of systems. We’re not tied to one solution or pushing a particular manufacturer. It’s about what suits your project, your programme and your budget.
Ventilation is the same approach. We cover everything from straightforward extract systems through to full HVAC installations in commercial and industrial buildings. We’ve delivered schemes in care homes, schools, offices and doctors surgeries, where getting ventilation right genuinely matters to the people using the space. Fresh air, stable temperatures, and systems that aren’t intrusive or noisy – that’s what we deliver.
We’re F-Gas accredited for air conditioning works, so whether it’s a couple of split systems or a large VRV installation, we can take it on. More importantly, we’ll help you decide what level of system you need. There’s no benefit in overcomplicating things or specifying something that looks impressive on paper but doesn’t make commercial sense.
Mechanical equipment can absorb budget quickly, which is why effective cost planning plays a big part in what we do. We’ll work with you early to establish realistic allowances and design systems that stack up financially as well as technically. There’s no point producing a brilliant design if it falls apart at tender stage.
When it comes to delivery, that’s where experience counts. We coordinate with other trades, manage procurement and lead times, identify clashes before they become problems, and keep the programme moving. We’ve delivered mechanical installations across residential, education, healthcare and industrial projects. Different sectors, same principle – design it properly, install it properly, and it will perform properly.
