Having design in-house means we can be included at the planning stage of your project. We’ll sit down with architects, engineers, and clients to work out the electrical design before anything gets built. Power distribution, lighting layouts, data infrastructure, emergency systems – we think through all of it upfront. Being involved at this point allows for sensible planning of cable routes, work out efficient lighting designs, and find cost-effective solutions before you’re too far down the road.
We install the full range: distribution boards, power circuits, lighting (LED, emergency, specialist stuff), data and comms, fire alarms, security systems, EV charging. Traditional commercial setups through to newer smart building tech – we’ve done both.
Electrical equipment can absorb budget quickly, which is why effective cost planning plays a big part in what we do. We’ll work with you early to establish realistic allowances and design systems that stack up financially as well as technically. There’s no point producing a brilliant design if it falls apart at tender stage.
On the project management side, we keep everything ticking over. Testing schedules, deliveries, building control sign-offs – it all needs coordinating. Whether it’s a care home with nurse call systems, a school that needs secure installations, or a warehouse that requires high-bay lighting and three-phase power, we’ve done it.
We stay on top of regs and we make sure installations are future-proofed where it makes sense. From first fix through to final certification, you’ll get electrical work that’s reliable and compliant.
